iPod is the newest offering from Apple. iPod has been made around the mobile technology. iPad or any device from Apple is well sold in the market because this is the company with huge fan base and dedicated and loyal customers. Many analysts argue that if Apple fails the expectations of its customers, it may lead to down-turn in the market for Apple. The present wave seems to be going in the favor of Apple as the pre-bookings look healthy. iPad has several versions and top one supports the features which can be used for making calls as well. Last month the preview was shown by Steve Jobs in launch conference. It had mixed response. The buyers wait for any product which Apple says it is developing. iPad has no near competitor in the market. There are other devices such as Kindle from Amazon which did not sell due to its limited features. The content market would get boost if iPad sells well.
