The present 3-D technologies are still in early stages of development because the viewers still have to wear the glasses to watch the movies and other shows in 3-D. The need is to develop the technology which does not require glasses. The problem with existing setup is that several people are not easy with the glasses and they complain several health issues after watching 3-D movies for long time. The issue can be addressed easily with the new technology which must enable the producers, developers to create the content which represents the real world. For now the real world is only real. There is good market of 3-D content all over the world but the fun gets spoiled as you wear the glasses. There have been several attempts to make such 3-D movies without glasses but no move has been successful to offer the best fun to viewers. The big players need to invest in the development of the technology and studios are interested to fund the development process as well.
